These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and y444. By registering an account or accessing any part of the y444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

Each player is permitted to hold one y444 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be merged or closed. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Your account is personal and non-transferable under any circumstances.
y444 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, Meezan Bank, UBL, and USDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
All bonuses offered by y444 are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms and must be reviewed before opting in to any offer.
y444 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and any form of manipulation of the platform or its games. Suspected fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
In the event of a dispute, players must contact y444 customer support in the first instance. y444 will aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days. If resolution cannot be reached internally, players may escalate to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body as specified in the governing law section.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:
Access to and use of the y444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. y444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process, including but not limited to national identity cards, passports, or government-issued driving licences.
The y444 Platform is operated under an international gaming licence and is made available to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of y444 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. y444 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any specific territory other than those from which it actively accepts registrations.
By registering an Account, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are not a professionally excluded or self-excluded individual at the time of registration.

To access the full functionality of the y444 Platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, you must complete the y444 registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred PKR payment method.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one y444 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. y444 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and document verification tools to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are identified, y444 reserves the right to close all but one Account and forfeit any Bonus Funds claimed across the duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. y444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS, which is available within your Account settings. You must notify y444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. y444 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
You are required to ensure that all information held on your Account is accurate and up to date at all times. Material inaccuracies in Account information — particularly name, date of birth, or payment details — may result in Account suspension and delayed or declined Withdrawal processing. Providing false information, including false identity or age documentation, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
y444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT (Tether). The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. Players are advised to verify current availability within their Account dashboard prior to initiating a transaction.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your y444 Account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment network. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to reflect, depending on banking system processing times. y444 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which y444 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
y444 aims to process all approved Withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa Withdrawals are typically completed within 2–4 hours during business hours. Bank transfer Withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. y444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking networks.
y444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket betting cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to these general Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages per game type, minimum odds requirements (where applicable), and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players are strongly advised to review these terms in full before opting in to any promotional offer.
y444 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms.
y444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account and have active Wagering Requirements will not be retroactively altered by a change to the corresponding promotion's terms.
All casino games available on the y444 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by established software providers and streamed in real time. y444 does not interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, y444 reserves the right to void affected game rounds or wagers. No obligation to honour payouts arising from malfunctions shall attach to y444. Players who experience a technical issue during gameplay must contact support immediately and preserve any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots.
All wagers on the y444 Platform are placed and settled in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the relevant game table or sportsbook market and are subject to change at y444's discretion. Attempting to circumvent stake limits through the use of multiple accounts or other means is a violation of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y444 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence, right, or interest in any y444 intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any y444 Platform content without express prior written consent from y444.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether y444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
y444's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their y444 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
y444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Whilst y444 takes reasonable steps to ensure the Platform operates without interruption, y444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.
y444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at y444.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. y444 applies industry-standard security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions.
y444 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, licensing authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or legitimate operational necessity.
You may close your y444 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, y444 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any active Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
y444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where: a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected; fraudulent activity is detected; a Player is found to be ineligible under Section 2; regulatory or legal obligations require it; or an Account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months. In cases of termination for breach, y444 may withhold Account Balances pending investigation and may ultimately forfeit those balances where fraud or material breach is confirmed.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which y444 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through y444's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by y444's licensing authority. Players are not precluded from seeking recourse through local courts of competent jurisdiction where applicable law provides for such rights.
The prevailing language of this Agreement is English. In the event that this Agreement is translated into Urdu or any other language for convenience, the English text shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
y444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, y444 will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to an amendment should close their Account in accordance with Section 12.1 before the amendment takes effect.
The version of the Terms and Conditions currently published at y444.ws/terms-conditions supersedes all prior versions. The Effective Date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.
